Introducing the VolunTier Trek App - your one-stop solution for volunteering at Synergy Saturday events. With this app, you can easily log your attendance, track your volunteerism journey, and manage all aspects of your volunteer experience.

With the VolunTier Trek App, you can set your yearly volunteer goals and choose any event to register for. On the event day, mark your attendance to log your hours and keep a record of all the events you've registered for. You can also comment, rate, and review any event, book preceptors, and communicate with other value-driven volunteers through our Directory listing. Celebrate milestones, gain insights from KPI metrics, and visualize informative data with our innovative Dashboard tools. The VolunTier Trek App offers a feature that verifies if patients meet the requirements for our Food Insecurity (FI), Food As Medicine (FAM), and Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy (HDP) programs. Our app checks eligibility by cross-referencing the patient's free health screening data and program criteria. Our digital app-based screening form assesses each patient's screening data, statements, and answers to questions and assigns them a score. This innovation allows us to immediately and accurately evaluate eligible patients, count the number of those who qualify for each program, and inform them in real-time. Besides, we can aggregate their screening data, obtain screening averages, highlight abnormal screening numbers associated with preventable chronic diseases, and share the information with professional referrals when necessary.
